Building an ARC Reader List.
Hi everyone, I am fairly new here and plan on making valuable contributions. Today I have a question. I believe I recently read something here about "building an ARC reader list." I have never done this, and I'm sure it is an excellent idea prior to launching. Is there any training, advice, or threads here that I can be pointed to that would share or teach the best way to do this today, in 2026? Thanks.

Hi Mark. I’m not sure if there is training here as the group is relatively new. Personally I include a lead magnet I think will be of value to the reader. If it’s decent & appealing you get many sign ups. Mine links to aweber. I think I recognise you from RH course? There’s training there & step by step guidance in the later modules too. I’m still trying to work out the best way to utilise my reader list though lol!

what is everyone using to protect their books and be prepared for the Amazon request to which you have only 8 days to respond before they remove your book. us.gov is expensive protect my work is 58.72 usd 44.15 uk, annual then tokens per book

Hi there. Is it possible to have the cover tool replicate, or closely match, an ebook cover I’ve already created? Rather than go through all the initial prompts etc? Thank you

@Lisa Jackson yeah it’s definitely harder if you didn’t grow up in this ‘tech generation’. Nowadays they grow up understanding i.t, seo, algorithms etc. But you’re still young & with practice things become much easier. Learn a system that suits you, repeat it & naturally you’ll improve. Like anything really, u make mistakes & learn from them etc 🙂
