How are you celebrating Easter today?
Do you have any traditions that help instill the message of the resurrection in an intentional way? This year during my Bible reading I saw the term "perpetual ordinance" and I saw how I have not been doing a good job celebrating easter with my family. Every year we do an Egg Hunt (I am totally not against it), BUT i noticed I was more invested in the egg hunt, I spent more $ on it than anything else. The Message of Easter was then left for a prayer on Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday and attending a special service in my church. This year I decided to buy arugula and unleavened bread. I know it's not the complete meal but it's a start. I want to be more intentional about it so I would love to hear your ideas and learn from your experiences as well!
