FYI, this is the time I do something creative. ๐จ It's amazing how magical and effective this can be! ๐คฉ That's because engaging in creative activities: - Lowers cortisol (stress hormone) in your system - Increases Oxytocin and serotonin, the "feel-good" chemicals - Lowers the heart rate - Improves memory - Helps you get into a flow state - AND engaging in creativity can significantly boost your energy and enthusiasm! Those are NOT the only benefits, but these are all great for what I call "Post-Summit Exhaustion". ๐๐ As a watercolor coach, I can't attest to this, plus I see the difference in my students.
