It should be a TEAM approach! School counselors should not be the case managers or building coordinators, but we often are. When we are, how can we bring others to the table so it isn't just us? It isn't that we are trying to get out of duties assigned us, we are trying to get INTO what we have been trained to do!

What are you most looking forward to in school counseling this coming week? We have a 1/2 PD day this week and I'm ACTUALLY looking forward to getting things done during that time! 🤫 How about you?

100th Day of School for Counselors
I’m thinking of doing a treat for 100 days of perfect attendance. Thoughts? I know perfect attendance awards are frowned upon in some places so I’m not sure. What do you all think?
