Something we didn’t get to chat about on the update this week was this feeling is existential crisis or feeling uncomfortable and everything in between. I’ve been talking to friends, clients and just realising everyone is being shunted into a transition one way or another. June has been the ramp up for the energy of July. We’ve been loading the rocket ready to shoot upwards into the sky in July. And the more we hold onto the past, the harder it is for us to navigate this energy. Healing is hard and humbling and it feels like things are coming up in my own individual field but the collective field as well. We are still riding the wave of anger against patriarchy and men that hurt us. But this isn’t just yours. It’s your sisters, your mothers, your ancestors all rising up within to be released. If this is you, know everything your feeling doesn’t have to make sense but it is valid, it is there to show you something and maybe, if you can with a lot of deep breaths lean into what it’s trying to show you.
