@Iris Rapke Wow you sure sound like an over achieving ADHD people I so wish I can focus enough to succeed this much. I need so much help in my boundary issues. I wish you lived close enough to me so I could get the intimacy and relationship help I need in an inperson session

Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: the compassionate letter I wrote to my middle school self was actually meant for me, right now. I've been sending all my self-kindness backwards in time instead of aiming it at the person who still needs to hear it today.

In a nutshell section 1 of my snapshot
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and it called out something I've been doing my whole life: using hyperactivity to hide every emotion because I was taught my feelings were wrong. It also showed me the letter I'd write to my 14-year-old self is the exact letter I need to write to myself right now.

@Leonie Osborne yeah thats what bothers me cuz I notice in life one small mistake like that usually means big problems later and things I can not fix, at least not easily

@Penny Gillett yes but thats worse than speaking lol im a very fast typer with no patience to correct my by spelling and .y grammar. Which makes it very hard for others to understand and will make it way worse for AI bot to understand.
What a ride Ready to be my best self with little step by steps
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the harsh voice in my head isn't even mine - it's my mom's, and I've been repeating it to myself for decades. Also noticed my "hope" and my "guard" are literally the same sentence pointing in opposite directions. Ready to see what else I've been missing.
