I am Candee. I am 40 and a mother of 3. Daughter 24 son 22 son 17 .. i was always in shape as a kid and teen then had a bad surgery and lost my twins before the last live pregnancy.. so i gained a lot of weight then lost some and then gained then was told i have hashimotos and a few other autoimmune.. i am not finally losing weight and just want to finally take care of me

@Denise Ogurkis thanks yes i have taken care of people since i was a little girl! I have lost 60 pounds with some help with the peps. But not a lot of help. So now i am ready to jump in
