I've noticed that I'm really into training. Sparring always goes brilliantly. I'm really good at it. I often wear guys down with my striking, etc. I do some takedowns and control everything brilliantly. Then the fight comes and I can't get out of it. I have no motivation and feel weak, regardless of whether I've had great preparation or not. I'm unnecessarily cautious and just scared of doing something wrong. What can i do to stop this i lost my first amateur fight because of this and now i lost my first professional fight for the same reason. Its geting a bit frusttrating now.
