Nice to connect with you all! My name is Campbell. I'm a physiotherapist and breathwork educator. I've been frustrated with the healthcare system for as long as I've been a part of it. Symptom management is simply kicking the can down the road and does nothing to support the needs of the body. I help health practitioners integrate the science of breath (and other self regulation practices) to bring an understanding of biomechanics, physiology, nervous system and emotions to what they do. Instead of trying to improve a broken system, I've decided it's better to simply build a new one. Excited to be on this journey with all of you.
