Bio: I've been powerlifting for about a year now but I lose it every now and then. I hope that encouragement from other lifters will keep me going 💪🏼

Bio: 31 years old, started with pole dance but was too weak, started going to the gym and got hooked on strength training instead!💪🔥

Bio: Powerlifter since 2018. Coached by Alba since April 2024. Trying to be the strongest U69 I can be, but deadlifts are my favourite.

Bio: Powerlifter since 2024. Living with chronic rheumatism and disc herniation challenges, but that absolutely doesn’t stop me.
