Once you start offering services like Botox, fillers, and IV therapy, you’re stepping into the medical space — which means physician oversight, malpractice coverage, delegation agreements, protocols, pharmacy setup, EMR systems, and state compliance all come into play. It’s not just “adding a nurse,” it’s structuring it properly from day one. You essentially have two routes: 1️⃣ Find your own MD and piece everything together yourself (contracts, protocols, compliance, systems), or 2️⃣ Work with a program that provides the full infrastructure — medical director, compliance structure, documentation, systems, pharmacy access, and business support — already built out.
