Xennials are a micro-generation born between roughly 1977 and 1983 (sometimes extended to 1975–1985), bridging Generation X and Millennials. They are characterized by an analog childhood—free from social media and constant connectivity—and a digital adulthood. This "bridge" generation experienced the advent of personal technology, often blending Gen X skepticism with Millennial optimism.
