I like the grind of a heavy squat. It’s more exhausting for me than bench and therefore more rewarding when hitting a max.

I’m fairly consistent with my diet and workout routine, but one area I lack in is tracking. I eat the same things every day and go to the gym six days a week, but I would likely see better progress if I tracked my diet and workouts.
