It is a CRUCIAL step to starting your agency on the right foot and with the greatest chance of success! But the thing is, I've found there are different schools of thought as to how deep you need to niche down. A wide niche means more potential customers but way more competition, A narrow niche means you can charge more for your offer but there are far less potential customers. For example, local business owners vs. just electricians, or leads for electricians vs. leads for electricians who install EV chargers.
