I'm new to the forum and just wanted share some thoughts on AI tools for small business - Voice agent -- 24/7 CSR (Customer service representative) & job booking - Sales and marketing -- customized offerings, messaging and outreaching, all automated - Smart search/navigation assistant in database -- "alexa" that pulls desired information about a customer with one prompt. potentially imbedded in CRMs through API integration . . . Almost every single step and aspect of a business can be helped with AI, but the application has to be simple, intuitive and user-friendly. what do you guys think?
