Reading ingredient lables is important! If it says salt it is the bleached kind. Look for sea salt. That's what you want. Enriched flour means they removed the natural ingredients. Do not by enriched flour products! They replace the natural ingredients with chemicals and our bodies can not digest it and leads to weight gain and health issues.
