how long till you guys started getting free samples once you got your gmv up?! my gmv is over 400$ but I am not getting any luck. i’m also not at 5000 followers yet.. but so close! could that be a reason too?

When my GMV was low and I was under 5K I wrote a script to each brand asking them to trust me with advertising their product. And it worked! I also had a really quick turn around with products so I would post as soon as I got the sample and also 2-3 other times that week. This shows on the back end you’re a trusted affiliate! Here’s the pitch script I wrote to brands. Modify it to fit you! Dear [Seller’s Name / Brand Name], I hope you’re doing well! My name is Callyn Bowen. I’m a (soon to be) stay-at-home mom and TikTok creator who loves sharing honest, helpful product finds with my growing community. I came across your product on TikTok Shop and was really impressed by its quality and appeal — it looks like something my audience would truly enjoy and benefit from. While I’m still in the early stages of building my TikTok Shop presence, I’m focused on creating genuine, high-conversion content that connects with real people and helps great products get the attention they deserve. I’d love the opportunity to collaborate by promoting your product through TikTok Shop. In return, I’ll create engaging, authentic videos that highlight its best features and show how it fits into everyday life. If you’re open to offering a sample or adding me as an affiliate, I’d be so excited to get started and help bring more visibility to your brand. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
