I was listening to some old hymns on my late grandmother’s birthday that she would always sing and felt inspired to play around with a little arrangement on bass. I know a few people have expressed some interest in getting more familiar with bass chords - would you like a breakdown on the chords etc… in this arrangement? It’s inspired from Mateus Asato’s guitar arrangement of because he lives/great is thy faithfulness

Hey everyone, So excited to have you here. I'm Caleb and grew up playing bass in church but had no one to teach me & was self taught by force. Often we wear self taught as a badge of honour but it's not until I went to uni that I realised how limiting that was for me. Long story short, did my music degree & had a career as a professional bassist in TV, Film, The West End and session work. Now I teach on a music degree course and want to build a community to bring that level of education to people looking to play in church so you don't have to do it the hard way.
