Recap: Chakra Affirmations I used in Solitary Confinement
Read it, Write it, See it, Feel it with Gratitude and allow that energy to flow from root to crown . These are my favorites I posted on my bunk while in solitary confinement; From the Book By David Pond- Discovering the Power Within (Chakras for Beginners). There are fantastic breath work exercises in there as well. I really loved the alternate nostril one. it really clears your mind and helps you focus. Root: I am grateful for my body and the gift it has given me to experience Life on Earth-I am centered and grounded ready to take on all that life brings to me today Sacral: I trust my feelings and emotions and give them room for healthy expression. I have abundant opportunities for creative expression today. I am confident in my sensuality and my sexuality Sacral Chakra: I ignite the fire of my spiritual will power throwing all doubts fears and insecurities into that fire, transforming them into pure energy. I learn as much from my mistakes as I do from my successes, therefore I never lose. I align my spiritual will power with the calling of my higher self. Heart: (The Bridge): I ACCEPT the things and people in my life just as they are. Love courses through every cell in my body. I am full of love and light that no darkness can touch. I love myself Throat: I have unique gifts and talents that I gladly Share with the World. I speak my truth clearly, openly, and honestly. May I listen deeply to HEAR and FEEL the truth behind what others are saying. Third Eye: No matter what would come my way inwardly or outwardly that would try and cloud my vision, I have the ability to withdraw from worldly concerns and focus on the INNER wisdom of my spiritual eye. Crown: I am much bigger than more mysterious than these expressions of who I am. I am connected to a force much larger than myself and I am never alone. Breathing in I am stillness. Breathing out I am One. Remember to not just read and write it, but see it feel it BE it! Breath

This is such a powerful way to turn affirmations into something you can actually feel and embody, Jessica. I especially like the reminder to not just read the words, but to see it, feel it, and be it. I’m curious, as you continue building this community, are you planning to turn these chakra affirmations and breathwork practices into a more structured weekly practice or guided series for members?
