Hey y'all I own a decently successful detailing business that I built in my first year with 100+ 5 star reviews and I know a decent bit about advertising and how to market/seo (my area has only a permanent led light installer on gmb so ranking #1 would be super easy) but what I don't know if christmas lights(I will probably do this only this season I'm as hs senior and moving far far for college so I don't know if i should buy the lights and store them or "sell the lights" in my service ) /how to install does anyone have youtube videos they recommend or sops they have for their employees. I want to do christmas light contractors.

What's going on everyone! I was able to reach out to almost everyone today and go over the plans for this course. As I mentioned on the call, I am only able to take on 5 people for the weekly 1-1 calls but the entire group will be able to access and join the weekly group calls! The invites to join that meeting will be sent to the emails you guys used to set up your skool account. And the 5 people that will be selected for the weekly 1-1 calls will be notified by Friday this week. Some of the big pain points I heard today talking with everyone was their sales process (residential & lot of commercial questions). Happy to dive into what some of our strategies we use to take on large commercial jobs and systemize the residential sales machine in the first weekly call.
