What do yall do for new students? We have our big youth night coming up and expecting around 300. We don’t currently have anything in place (one of the things we’re trying to figure out) and wanna make sure we have it for this event

@Chris Alvarez it’s a required field during check in on our system! Parent phone number and email. If they don’t know it we try to follow up after the night is over to get it during pickup.

@Aj Denman that’s what we call our small group leaders. Every grade and gender has a family group leader or 2!
