@Anthane Richie I appreciate that. I’ve gone through the community more closely, including the About, Classroom, Start Here and the way you’re currently taking members through the levels. I think you have a strong foundation, especially because you already know the transformation you want members to experience within 30 days. One thing I would look at is making that 30-day transformation more visible and structured inside the community. Right now, a member can see the resources and leveling system, but the connection between “I joined” → “this is the problem in my business” → “this is what I need to implement this week” → “this is the result I should be tracking” could be much clearer. For example, the first 30 days could be broken into specific implementation stages, where every stage gives them an action to complete, something to measure, and a reason to move to the next stage. That would make the community feel less like a library of resources and more like an operating system that actually moves the business forward. There are a few other things I noticed around the member journey and how the Classroom/levels could support that transformation. i we be happy to share those with you and explain how I would approach the implementation.
