If you’ve just joined and your brain feels like it’s about to explode, this is a little hello to you. Most of us arrive here completely frazzled, emotionally done in, and with about 3% brain capacity left, so let's keep this simple. Inside the classroom section, go to Introduction and read the 'how to use Skool' lesson. It will help to navigate the programme. That said, there's no right way to do this. You’re not expected to read everything, understand everything or fix anything today. Just go through this at your own pace. So a quick summary for ease... The Classroom section is where you'll find all the modules/lessons and MAP sessions . The Community is where any posts from members will show. When you post something it will ask you to give it a category before it lets you upload it. Don't feel like you have to post anything...Equally, feel free to post as much as you like - keep it kind to each other though, that's the only rule. The Calendar is where you’ll find any live events that are scheduled (coffee mornings, MAP sessions) You can ignore the other tabs across the top.

Karen, I really like how you’ve kept this simple and reassuring, especially for people who are already feeling overwhelmed when they arrive. The “3% brain capacity” line is so relatable I also like that you’ve clearly explained what each section is for without making members feel pressured to consume everything at once. One thing I’m curious about: once a new member has gone through the “Start Here” section, what’s the first small action you’d ideally want them to take inside the community to help them feel connected and get their first win?

@Karen Gerrard I really like that, Karen. I think that’s especially important for a community like this, because the last thing someone who already feels overwhelmed needs is another long list of things to “complete.” I also think that simple introduction could become a really powerful first step if it naturally leads them into the right conversation, connection, or small win based on what they share. It makes me curious, do you currently have a journey mapped out for what happens after a new member introduces themselves, or are you letting those conversations develop organically for now?
