For an 18 year old wanting to become MMA champion what should the daily routine look like? I have school from 8:30AM till 15:10AM and practice starts at 17:00 and typically ends around 19:00. I am also in the UK so wrestling during school isnāt a thing unfortunately š
I'm a lot younger but you should do Calisthenics (Pushing and Pulling exercises, core and legs, etc) at approximately 20:00pm to finish the day off even though it is tiring. I usually try to reset, refuel and nap after school and get ready for a training session.
