Bio: I’m a wife and mother. I am an SLP, I work with children who have autism. I have some health issues and I hope this program will help me.

Bio: Just had recent back surgery, put on a few extra lbs, never really been the weight I’d like to be so this is me taking action and losing the belly!!

Bio: If at first you don’t succeed keep trying!! Never felt comfortable in my own body. Fat or thin! Now it’s about my health and living a full life 💪
