Something exciting is happening this August 🤩🪴
This August, I am running a three-part workshop series called the Cultivating You Series at Herbal Solutions and Spa in Aiken, SC. Three Saturday afternoons. Three layers of the same essential question: Where in your life have you been working against your own nature, without even knowing it? Here is what the series looks like: Workshop One: See Yourself Clearly — Saturday, August 1, 1:00 to 4:00 PM Meet your Future You through guided meditation. Map the gap between where you are and where you long to be. Leave with a letter from your future self and a vision board to carry home. Workshop Two: Know Your Nature — Saturday, August 8, 1:00 to 3:00 PM Discover your Ayurvedic constitution, your Prakriti and Vikriti, your natural strengths, and the patterns that quietly deplete you. Leave with a personalized map of what nourishes you and what drains you. Workshop Three: Cultivate Your Path — Saturday, August 22, 1:00 to 3:00 PM Weave your vision and your constitution into a real strategy and a step-by-step timeline toward your goal. $25 per workshop. This is a wonderful way to introduce everyone to a great foundation. I love the idea of workshops also. A great way for people to meet a wonderful person 💕
Hello Ayurvedic family!
Who is prepped for the big day?! I told myself not to over eat and still found myself unbuttoning my pants after the dinner 😂 (yesterday was thanksgiving dinner 1). We played games between dinner and dessert. We are going to try the same approach but with different pants! I am also to have brought home leftovers to enjoy again since we didn’t feel the need to clear all plates. Nina- can you come over with some butter and pungent? Definitely lacking with those tastes!
Bedtime guidance
Anyone have trouble with screen time? I don’t doom scroll but have trouble transitioning to books before bed. At least the material I consume either way is sattivic 💕

Early to bed challenges
I have actually had a hard time getting to bed earlier BUT I have been doing everything that I can to make sure I sleep more deeply. I’m also keeping a journal next to my bed now where I’m simply writing my bedtime and waking time each day. How is this weeks habit going for you?
