This week I am proud of finishing school and getting right back on track the next day! One thing I learned about myself is that I need to have intentional plans to move my body. I’m going to carry planning out workouts into my next week!

Took a walk Monday and Tuesday night after dinner AND already worked out today! Being on summer break is definitely going to help get me started!

@Tiarra Cupp I don’t yet! Honestly I am hoping to get through these last few days of school and then I am hoping I can really prioritize my health again. I have put it off for way too long!
Tuesday Wellness Wisdom
Did you know? Most people rely on motivation to create change, but motivation is often the least reliable part of the process. Successful habits are built through systems, not willpower. Instead of asking: "How can I stay motivated?" Try asking: "How can I make this easier?" Want to walk more? Leave your sneakers by the door. Want to drink more water? Keep a water bottle within reach. Want to improve sleep? Set a bedtime alarm, not just a wake-up alarm. Small changes to your environment can make healthy choices easier and more automatic. What's one thing you could make easier for yourself this week?

Setting an alarm to take a short walk after dinner! I need to get back to exercising every day again but I keep restarting, getting three days in and then life happens and I miss a day and can’t get back on track. I think I am trying to go too big too fast! Just a short walk each day seems easier to commit to!
