After 6+ years editing YouTube and news, film felt out of reach. Then I used Sven's magic email, reached out to an indie filmmaker, got a paid test edit, and found out he was a veteran Sundance director. Now I'm lead editor on his feature PSYCHE. Still feels a bit surreal! But the best part is the community: editing scenes with real actors, sharing notes and opportunities, everyone helping each other make incredible stories. Thank you all!
