Matcha > Coffee
The single biggest shift I've made for anxiety and brain fog? Swapping coffee for matcha. Now lads, I love coffee. The taste, the smell, the buzz of trying some specialty bean from a random fucking farm at a very specific altitude somewhere in the Andes. It's great. But it was also fucking me. Here's the thing about caffeine, especially in big doses: it constricts the blood vessels in your brain and reduces blood flow. Ever tried to quit and been hit with a pounding headache for three days? That's why. Those vessels open back up and suddenly there's more blood flowing through your head than it's used to. It's also a stimulant (duh). It spikes adrenaline, cortisol and heart rate, and if you're hammering it all day, your nervous system never gets to switch off. You end up wired, dependent, and ironically, foggier than when you started. And there's some research linking very heavy long-term intake (we're talking 6+ cups a day) to worse brain health down the line. Now, I'm not saying an espresso is bad for you. I'm not even saying 2 or 3 is going to wreck you. But when I pulled my caffeine right back, I noticed three things: 1. More energy over time. My body stopped relying on caffeine just to function. 2. Clearer thinking. No more restricting blood flow to my brain, and no more flooding my system with cortisol and adrenaline all day. The fog lifted. 3. Way less anxiety. Fewer jitters, less overthinking, less of that low-level buzzing feeling. So why matcha? It still has caffeine, just less, and it comes with L-theanine, an amino acid that takes the edge off. You get calm, steady focus instead of a spike and a crash. You still get your morning ritual. You just don't pay for it later. Try it for two weeks and tell me you don't feel the difference.

There's just something about coffee hey, the taste, the smell, the excitement of trying something new! Damn, it's making me want to go and have one right now.. 😅 But yeah man once you cross the line of simply enjoying a coffee to full blown addiction it's almost impossible to stop. I feel you. Several years without coffee is solid though, you're doing better than me that's for sure! Next is the energy drinks 👊🏼 Keep it up homie 🙏🏼
⚔️ how can I make this better ⚔️
Morning lads! I’m trying to think of new ways to make this platform better. I honestly have no idea where to start right now, besides what I’m already working on. Does anyone have any ideas? Here’s a couple ideas off the top of my head but please write in the comments if you want to see something in the future.

I appreciate the input and the feedback brother. Thank you 🙏🏼 As for the novelty chasing and busyness, it's not always such a bad thing, it's most likely derived from a strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to see what you can achieve and do and how far you can push your own limits. You said so yourself, you trained for triathlons, that's no easy thing. But when it becomes who you are, and you let it overrule your own judgement and need for restoration and recovery, it becomes less of a curiosity thing and more of a coping mechanism—because we feel like that is who we are now and if we aren't achieving that higher level of output then we are ultimately failing. But it's far from the truth, you can still be busy and chase novelty, but restoration needs it's place as well—just as your'e already figuring out. Keep it up homie, i'm here to chat whenever you need. And i'll continue providing value for you guys however I can. Talk soon.
Be safe. Stay blessed.
Hope you lads are all having a good weekend. 🙏🏼 Remember, weekends are not built to let go of your Non-Negotiables and fall off track. We stay the path. If volume or intensity needs to be decreased to allow for rest, do so—but keep the small things in check. Keep the NN in place, keep the structure there, and don’t let things slip so far that Monday becomes a complete restart. I myself just had the first few drinks I’ve had in 6 months, for a well awaited reunion with a friend. Before that I got my workout in, hit my morning NN and did some priority tasks. Earn your indulgence. What now? 10k steps and sauna tomorrow. Healthy compromise. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Dm me if you need anything. Be safe. Stay blessed.

WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENT
Alright lads. A few things. Today's announcement covers. - 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 - 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 - 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 - 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 - Nervous System & Recovery As of today, the Recovery & Nervous System module has been merged into the end of the Baseline Protocols. The original module was a bit thin and taking up unnecessary space. I am still actively building this out and will add new lessons here soon—thanks for bearing with me! - Unlockable Modules I’ve removed The Pantheon and renamed the first two arenas to “Beginner Program” and “Advanced Programs” for a more straightforward, professional setup. They are also now time-unlocked instead of level-unlocked, meaning you don't lose out if you don't have time to engage. They will unlock automatically at 31 days and 62 days. Both feature various training styles—if there’s something specific you want to see inside, drop it in the comments! 👇🏼 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 (coming soon) - Nutrition & Recipes I’ve added a new module dedicated to deep dives into nutrition and its effects on your hormones, nervous system, brain, and heart health. This is a work in progress and will launch within the next month. Again please bear with me on this one while I build it out! Currently gathering all of my old journals and going to quietly build this. I want it to be quality — so this may take a little longer. - Into My Mind & Further This is the most personal and valuable module yet. It is an intimate, inner look at my own struggles overcoming my mind, deep insecurity and anxiety. Inside, I share raw journal entries and poetic pieces documented during my darkest and brightest moments, tracking the exact journey of how I beat it to get to where I am today. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 I’m adding a new community tab called "Wins & Lessons." I’d love for you lads to jump in at least once a week and share what’s working, what isn't, and any advice that could help the group. Whether you stuck to your plan or fell off, this is where we hold each other accountable and ensure we keep showing up better every day.

Good evening lads.
I trust you are all well. Just a simple yet always overlooked reminder to you all to keep your hydration up today. 4 litres - nothing less. We want energy, clarity, focus. Without enough water, all of this falls apart. Have a good day. 🫡 Talk soon.
