Sorry guys. I had to talk with North Saanich Critical Care office. I've been trying to get some prescriptions renewed, and had several obstacles. I don't have a family doctor and the support team that saw me in the hospital, are not available until end of May. Walk-in clinics not taking new patients. Sorry I missed rest of tonight's call. I did like where it was headed though.

Hey Ya'll - Posting an update video of the mindful leadership course project, along with a distinguished share of the next layer of resistance I'm experiencing with the project (and life). Summary: Completing the milestone of filming the course felt very aligned, fulfilling and had fun with the process. Now, the next phase of the project is expanding my presence on social media to build a wider network and sell the course. Social media is where my own insecurities feel amplified and I've identified two actions I'm going to take and post onto Skool by Monday, April 6th. 1.) Define a clear vision for my social media presence 2.) Create a sustainable framework for consistent content creation
