Managed to purchase hicama (yam bean) in readiness for making Popiah. I used a small one to make another round of Pasambur. Jackie, you’ll be pleased to know that I used your recipe for the sauce as I prefer yours to Chef Chai’s.

Hi everyone, we have 24 issues of our MOMC eMagazines available in the Classroom (one of which hasn't even been officially released yet). To access them, you just need to reach Level 2 - which you can do by Commenting, Liking etc. - basically engaging in this community. The exception is if you are a private coaching student in my Malaysian Hawker Pro programme - eg. @Annie Thomson - you have access to everything right away!

Hey guys, I'm still exploring and figuring things out, but basically, go to the Classroom tab to see what you can access - there will be more stuff added. HOWEVER, there are different access levels to them - Some of the content can be accessed right away (eg. the Chai Tow Kway recipe and the 30 Days/30 Cooking Tips video series), while others will require you to be at different Levels. To get to these Levels, you need Points, which you accumulate by a) Liking/Commenting on other people's posts b) by getting Likes/Comments from other people to your posts. The aim is basically to reward the active members with goodies - recipes, eCookbooks, courses etc. Let me know if this isn't clear - as mentioned, I'm still figuring things out myself, so there may be mistakes along the way at my end as well.
