save your energy lecture
you have a data package when you wake up some work require more energy and data some requires less so use it accordingly and also dont use your energy into small tasks every decision requires your energy align tasks accordingly heavier tasks in morning then low energy tasks through out the day. mental capacity is different from your physical capacity so when you go to gym it does not drain your mental energy.
