Lately, I’ve been noticing a pattern — in conversations, in sessions, in life itself. People aren’t lacking answers… They’re lacking trust. Trust in themselves. Trust in what’s unfolding. Trust that life is not working against them. So tomorrow, we’re going to slow this down and look at it together. Where did you stop trusting? What are you trying to control? No guilt. No pressure. Just awareness. ✨ Today’s Reset: Close your eyes for 30 seconds and ask yourself: “How do I feel… and what do I need right now?” That’s it. No fixing. Just listening. Because the moment you listen… you reconnect. And when you reconnect… you lead your life again. We’re not trying to be perfect this week. We’re practicing being present.
