Where do you get your tortillas?
I want to make freezer burritos, but I can't seem to find healthy tortillas or wraps. Everything I see in stores has shortening or a number of processed oils in them. I asked chatgpt to help me find healthy tortillas and it came up with some organic and/or whole wheat options including Food for Life, Siete, Mission, La Tortilla Factory, and Trader Joe's. BUT I can't find those near me πŸ˜…. Food for Life and Siete tend to fall apart on me. And then I saw Target had a decent looking option, but apparently they've been helping 🧊 so that's a no for me. Will I need to make my own burrito size tortillas from scratch? Or just suck it up and eat a bit of shortening tortilla. Let me know what you do!

I found this recipe that I want to try. It is spinach and quinoa tortillas https://www.theconsciousplantkitchen.com/spinach-quinoa-tortillas/?fbclid=PAVERFWAPxiRRleHRuA2FlbQIxMABzcnRjBmFwcF9pZA8xMjQwMjQ1NzQyODc0MTQAAack2W5MOfdsQbumPD5zHKqQSPvV1GMklaz0eOd4wDjE6_416nAEm1q0l5sPOw_aem_qZnnIuulnQXs0Bel61Dl-A#wprm-recipe-container-51259

πŸ₯¬ Day 2 – Add a Green Starter
Welcome to Day 2 of our 7-Day Plant-Powered Jumpstart. Start by watching the short video in the classroom. Today’s action: Before one meal today, start with a small serving of raw greens. This could be a side salad or a handful of spinach, arugula, or mixed greens β€” nothing fancy. If eating greens first feels unfamiliar or inconvenient, the video explains why this works and how to keep it simple. πŸ’¬ Check in below: After watching the video and trying today’s habit, how did your body feel after that meal?
