Offer Mining: Interesting Subscription Model

I definitely think it could work for seasonal flavors (collagen, hydration, electrolytes, greens powders, etc). It could also work with seasonal changes (i.e. a pack of supplements delivered during allergy season, flu season, cold season, recovery, winter blues)

Other ideas. Tea blends, protein bars, mushroom infused foods, "trail" mixes, spice blends, holiday drops
Today's Live is Cancelled
Morning all! Unfortunately @Melissa Duran has come down with COVID and will not be able to lead us through today's Offer Mining show. Please take a moment to wish her well and a speedy recovery 🙏 We will look to pick things back up next week if she is back to 100% 🙌

Pumpkin Spice Season + Supplements = 🎉
Hi all! I wanted to share a small strategy that we will be implementing in the next 30 days. If you have a supplement product ie. collagen that can be used in baking or smoothies give this a shot... Create a seasonal recipe guide (ie fall/pumpkin spice season) that utilize your products as part of the ingredients for the recipes. Send this out to your email list as a fun freebie showing them that they can use your products in different ways. Prop it up as a free lead magnet that gives new leads the recipe guide free and redirect them to a sales page that highlights a core product in the recipes or simply drop them in an email flow that nurtures them into your products over time. IMPORTANT: Hyperlink your products in the PDF!

Friday Thoughts
You story and your brand matter! You can impact lives with your ecomm brand! A lot of times, I see people worried about their competition. Wondering if they'll be able to carve out their blue ocean. Here is a new perspective using music. If you like music, you more than likely have a favorite artist, band, or group. Your favorite artist may not be Taylor Swift or Green Day, but you've most likely heard of them. My favorite artist is Peso Pluma. My daughter's favorite group is Stray Kids. Nine times out of ten, people haven't heard of our favorite artists. However, Peso Pluma has 15 Million fans on instagram. Stray Kids has 32 Million fans. Green Day, on the other hand, has "only" 7 Million fans on instagram (just using Instagram as a quick measuring tool) There's no "right amount" of social media followers or people on your email list. You can make an impact. Your story can make an impact. Now go out and find the people who resonate with you! And let me know who your favorite music artist/group/band is in the comments! :)

@Chad Miller And that's exactly how your audience will feel when you find them, ethically sell to them, share you story, etc. They will feel that alignment and feel like you're talking directly to them. Let's go out and get change 8,000 lives! I'm off to go look up Toadies.
Post purchase upsell page checklist?
Does anyone have a post purchase upsell page checklist for ALL the psychological elements (and normal elements) we should make sure are included on the page?

I don't have a post purchase upsell page checklist mostly because it depends on what app/software I'm using to build the upsell and the extent of those capabilities to push it to the limits. What are you using to build your post-purchase upsell?

@Troy Remelski - headline + subheadline combo - countdown timer - product info - easy to read description - often not the same description we'd use on a pdp - star rating - images. I would swap out the product image if i'm forcing a quantity. i.e. if I am only offer a 3-pack, I'd create a 3-pack image - discount/savings - one time v subscription - trust icons (guarantees, secure checkout, etc) - FOMO - "exclusive" or "one time offer" language - social proof - badge where applicable (best seller, most popular) - authority where applicable (mission, safety call outs, approval) - emotional resonance (in description or L/R content) - additional visuals (for L/R content) - benefits/features (for L/R content) - CTA button things to think about: urgency, scarcity, trust, risk-reversal, authority, multi-pack incentives, FOMO
