Hello everyone, I've been slowly digging my way out of being swamped for a period of time. What are the updates I've missed? I've popped into skool and looked at available support replays but haven't seen too much update-wise. I joined the zoom link for the support call late today, but it didn't connect. I tried to connect to one last week too, but I think that one said it was scheduled for a different time. Not sure if the scheduled has changed maybe? A few questions top of mind... 1) Any updates on the PNP vault "free trial" or $1 trial funnel/offer? 2) Is the Sales Ads Academy ready for us? Anymore updates on this? I'm so wanting to run ads especially with my lack of time to grow organically and work the socials. What else have I missed? @Hope Marie 😍

Hey there @Hope Marie you're going to get tired of me lol. Sorry for all the reports here, lmk if there is another way you'd prefer me to communicate. This is just easiest for me to use and then see the updates and responses 😇 I'm in PNP Studio. I setup my profile and then my Style Guide. And then I started generating the different types of images. This is what I'm seeing: 1) For the B roll photos, when I click to download the image, the modal to save to my local folder does not appear. Instead a very large version of the image appears on my screen but there is no button to download or take any other actions. I have to use the browser back button to go back to the previous screen where all my generated images are. So far, this has only happened to me with B Roll images (I even generated a 2nd set and then exited the app and back in to see if it was a weird glitch). 2) My style guide is clearing or resetting on its own. I had saved all the fields, added a pdf brand guide and when I came back to double check it after generating a few sets of images, and all the fields except my profile picture where empty. I also see that this is happening for my Profile as well as the style guide, the values that are being cleared and I have to re-enter them. 3) Where do I go to find the images after I click Save to Gallery? Where it the Gallery? 4) On the YouTube Thumbnail section, I notice that if I start generating images then go look at another tab or even get up and then come back to my computer, the images I generated are gone. And I didn't close the tab or leave that screen or anything like that.

Hey there @Hope Marie I noticed a reference to using the Brand Voice GPT in the PNP Studio inside the profile section. Is that something we have access to? Where would I find that... Thanks!
