Hey there @Hope Marie you're going to get tired of me lol. Sorry for all the reports here, lmk if there is another way you'd prefer me to communicate. This is just easiest for me to use and then see the updates and responses 😇 I'm in PNP Studio. I setup my profile and then my Style Guide. And then I started generating the different types of images. This is what I'm seeing: 1) For the B roll photos, when I click to download the image, the modal to save to my local folder does not appear. Instead a very large version of the image appears on my screen but there is no button to download or take any other actions. I have to use the browser back button to go back to the previous screen where all my generated images are. So far, this has only happened to me with B Roll images (I even generated a 2nd set and then exited the app and back in to see if it was a weird glitch). 2) My style guide is clearing or resetting on its own. I had saved all the fields, added a pdf brand guide and when I came back to double check it after generating a few sets of images, and all the fields except my profile picture where empty. I also see that this is happening for my Profile as well as the style guide, the values that are being cleared and I have to re-enter them. 3) Where do I go to find the images after I click Save to Gallery? Where it the Gallery? 4) On the YouTube Thumbnail section, I notice that if I start generating images then go look at another tab or even get up and then come back to my computer, the images I generated are gone. And I didn't close the tab or leave that screen or anything like that.

Hey there @Hope Marie I noticed a reference to using the Brand Voice GPT in the PNP Studio inside the profile section. Is that something we have access to? Where would I find that... Thanks!

Hey @Hope Marie I've finally been setting up my profiles in PNP Vault and really starting to use all the apps inside. I've found issues in Post Hook Profit when I generate the image with the content: 1) The headlines or text on image contain duplicate words or gibberish words 2) 2 out of 3 times the image will revert back to PNP vault branding colors (lime/neon pink) and it can take me 3+ edit requests to get it to change to my branding colors 3) When I click Edit and ask it to remove a duplicate word or some other text I don't want...it ignores my request and doesn't adjust the text.
