The Power of Stepping into your Purpose
I’ve been practicing manifestation actively for a while now and it’s honestly been powerful to see things unfold. I’m a new coach, and received my first coaching certification on this platform. At first I didn’t feel fully confident stepping into this space. But I knew this was something I truly wanted to do, so I started acting as if I was already becoming the coach I envisioned. I’m currently contracted with an agency and have been supporting various client groups which has been an eye-opener. I had never included my coaching skills on my CV until recently. Since then, I’ve just been practicing and using my coaching skills where possible and it’s really helped me grow in confidence. Last week I attended an interview for a coaching position and got the job. Today is actually my first official day coaching young people one-to-one who are going through transitions in their lives. It feels surreal because this is something I’ve wanted for a long time and now it’s finally happening. It’s a reminder of how powerful manifestation, intention and self-belief can be. I’ve also started an advanced coaching program , which is helping me develop even more both personally and professionally. This whole experience is showing me that sometimes you just have to step into the version of yourself you’re becoming before you fully feel ready.

What are you practicing this week?
To be a coach is to be a learner. Everything you can do today… once… you couldn’t do. You learned how to do it through repetition. You learned it through practice. What are you practicing every day? Because whatever you repeat, you reinforce. Some people are practicing distraction. Some are practicing fear. Some are practicing staying stuck. But you? You’re building a coaching business. So what are you practicing this week? Is it… Reaching out to potential clients? Having real conversations instead of overthinking? Showing up consistently online? Making offers, even when it feels uncomfortable? For me, it’s the same with learning piano. I don’t improve by thinking about playing. I improve by sitting down, getting it wrong, repeating it, and getting a little better each time. Your coaching business is no different. You don’t grow your coaching business by waiting for the perfect strategy. You grow it by practicing the actions that actually move it forward. So here’s your challenge this week: What 3 actions are you going to practice daily? Not “try.” Not “think about.” Actually practice. Because your results aren’t random… Your results are trained. Let’s train the right things. Comment below and tell me what you’re practicing this week. I’d love to hear.

@April Baerga-Scruggs I did some coaching sessions before when praticing EC and saw that I had some amazing results with the NLP scripts from EC, so I wanted to learn more about it and started learning nlp and since nlp uses trance and working on the subconscious mind I started learning about hypnosis and hypnotherapy. So with my coaching I want to work on the conscious mind first and at the end I add in nlp and hypnotherapy to work on the subconscious mind.

@April Baerga-Scruggs I am curious about your research on this. Is there anything you can share about this?
I’d value your perspective on a topic I’m currently exploring
I’m currently trying to better understand the real challenges entrepreneurs and leaders are facing, and I’d like to ask a few simple questions. The background is that I’m considering positioning myself in the area of mentoring & sparring for entrepreneurs and leaders, and I want to validate my assumptions properly. Here’s something I’ve been observing: From the outside, everything seems to be working. A lot has been achieved. Things are running. And at the same time, there’s sometimes this subtle feeling that something isn’t quite right — without being able to clearly define it. I’d be very interested to hear if you recognize this in yourself — or if you know someone who has been in a similar phase. A few questions: - Have you ever had the feeling that everything is fine — but something still feels off? - If yes: how did that show up for you? - Was there a moment when you started questioning things more deeply? - Did you actively address it — or did you tend to push it aside? - And honestly: how did you deal with it? If you don’t relate to this at all, that’s just as interesting:What helps you feel clear, aligned, and on the right path? I appreciate any honest thoughts — feel free to reply here or via DM. Thank you so much for your support.

The challenges that I have faced during 37 years of beeing an entrepreneur are many. The most important is your strategy and your business plan. Next are marketing and sales related, because sales is as fuel for an engine. When you have sales running you need to scale up and improve your processes and hire and train your people. This is a continous proces and it is never finished. You always need to plan ahead and you are responsable for paying the bills and wages every month. The costs are rising every month, so you need to grow otherwise your profit will vanish. Since a few years I coach a few entrepreneurs on scaling up their business as a side business next to my companies in furniture and interiors for the hospitality industy because I want to help them with the truggles I have faced in the past. In the past I have hired serveral mentors as well to help me set up the processes for growth and it always paid off.
Update
It's been a while since I've been online here. I've been focused on doing the work. First the Challenges. Lots of leads, lots of bad numbers, lots of no shows. But am developing relationships with multiple individuals that I feel over time will result in postive actions. I had 2 clients at my rate. Yah!! They paid into my advertising and costs. That is why you can't be afraid to advertise and try different funnel options. Both clients grew in their leadership capabilities during our time together. A great feeling to see that... Also had 4 clients via my work (non-paid, but for experience) Again, very positive expereince. I've been rewriting my book "Culture OS" to be part of a larger series called "It's Practical" building a leadership foundation and then doing agile transformations. (a 5 book series), Also working with a group to relaunch the book/s. I was a guest on a podcast "Salty Ginger Talk" , part of a live show and invited back for another live show . For those interested here is the guest link. https://youtu.be/RPwy6xSm6Og. Actually interviewing today for another podcast. Done a lot of experimenting with AI, If you are interested in what I've done thus far. Let me know. I still have more to understand and do in that space. Wishing you all the best. Coach On!!
