Glow
I’m currently using Glow. I mixed my vial with 3 mL of water and have been taking 1 unit (1 mg) per injection. Since starting Monday, I’ve noticed that the injections can be pretty painful afterward and sometimes leave a welt or bruise. I’ve tried my thighs, lower stomach, and upper outer buttocks, and the discomfort can sometimes last for an entire day. Has anyone else experienced this with Glow, or does anyone have any advice on what might help reduce the pain, welting, or bruising?

I’m 43 on Reta 4mg and on Monday I going to start GLOW my weight loss has been very slow.
Weight loss and more
Hi, I’m new here. I’ll say a little about myself. I’ve been on Retatrutide (Reta) since April 1 and have lost 11 pounds so far. I’m curious how that compares to others—have you lost about the same amount in a similar timeframe, or more? My weight loss feels pretty slow at this point. I haven’t seen any real progress for about a month, and my weight just fluctuates up and down by a pound or so. I’m currently on 30 units 3mg and plan to increase to 40units on Monday. I’m also going through perimenopause, and I feel like that’s playing a big role in how slowly I’m losing weight. I’m wondering if anyone else in perimenopause has had a similar experience. I’m about to start Glow Blend, and I also have MOTS-c, although I’m not sure when I should add that in. Does anyone have recommendations or experience combining these? I’m also considering switching from Reta to a GLP-2 peptide, but I still have about 1 months’ worth of Reta, so I’m debating whether I should change.
