Is this pipe junk?
I can’t seem to get this stuff to weld for anything, no white on the outside of the weld… been everywhere on settings. I had to run a few beads on a practice pipe after trying this just to make sure I could still weld.

Spent a lot of time cleaning that pipe… ran these beads with minimum cleaning and the top weld with no cleaning and rod that was just sitting out for three weeks. Also touched tungsten and kept going… 🤷🏼♂️

Viper V10 Swapped Charger First Start
Been doing a ton of fab work on the charger and got the engine in and running, now to get it to go down the road!

This one has to handle 100 psi. I think I’m getting too hot on the quick flanges. They dont really penetrate the other side though.

Tried welding one of these in. 140 amps 34 balance 140 hertz 3/16ths filler and tungsten.
