Just sold these chairs for $1600 I got in a $21 storage auction! That was the last thing I need to sell in the unit, everything total sold was $2050! Feel like I hit the lotto and I don’t even gamble 😂

Gross sales: $4,215 Expenses: $775 Profit: $3440 Number of couches sold: 7 This is my highest profit yet this month by far! I sold some other miscellaneous items that are added in this as well but couches have been where most of the money was made. If it wasn’t for a piece of the restoration hardware sectional falling off my truck I would have had probably another 1k in profit lol Only been doing it about 15/20 hours a week. I am going to put in 30/40 hours a week this month and goal is to hit over 5k profit and sell over 15 couches. And this is all from my 2 car garage. So I wanted to get into doing storage auctions and I saw this one had a couch so I was like I could sell that couch for a couple hundred bucks. Everything else will just be extra so I bought the storage unit and little did I know I found some amazing branded furniture one Tommy Bahama king bed set, one 8 x 11,100% wool rug, one Ethan Allen couch (2 years old) and two Ekornes made in Norway black leather chairs that go for over $1000 each. Total profit expected over 1500. Super happy with my first storage auction.
