I am trying to set up my account on Loveable so I can test my app. I renamed my app and when I go to run a test, it shows the original name of the app. I cannot get a confirmation email to indicate that I have an account with Loveable. Do I need to delete what I have done, and start over?

I have purchased one program along with the free trial program. Can you tell me where i can find that program cuz i did not get it by mail and can"t find it here.
