Bonus for Lesson 3.2: personality tests
Bonus for Lesson 3.2: paste your personality test results into your Personal DNA prompt. It makes AI way sharper about how you think. Which tests have you taken?

I'll start. Here's what I've taken: Predictive Index, DISC, Myers-Briggs, and CliftonStrengths. Paste the full results into the Personal DNA prompt from Lesson 3.2, not just the label.

Love this, Doug. Adding your team’s CliftonStrengths is a smart move, especially with Copilot already hooked into Outlook and the CRM. Did you run the DNA prompt from lesson 3.2 too? I’m curious how it compares once your test results are layered in.
I used AI for... 10-31-26
What I tried I only have access to Copilot at work, which is useful because it can pull from shared files, email, and recorded meetings. I used it to plan a candid, constructive feedback conversation with a manager who reports to me. I fed it background context, relevant meeting notes, and both of our CliftonStrengths results so the talking points matched our different styles. What worked It helped me organize the key points, anticipate reactions, and keep the conversation focused on specific behaviors. It also created a tight outline so I could stay concise, which made the discussion more impactful. Having the Strengths data made the suggested language feel more natural for both of us. Why it matters Tough feedback conversations are easy to put off or mess up. Letting Copilot dig through the actual history, tailor the approach, and force a short outline cut the prep time and made me more confident going in. Optional steps someone else can copy 1. Give Copilot the context and any relevant meeting notes or emails. 2. Share both people’s CliftonStrengths (or similar style profiles). 3. Ask it to draft talking points and a short outline that stay specific, constructive, and style-aware. 4. Review and edit hard before the real conversation. Drop that into a new Google Doc in the folder.

Doug, this is awesome. Feeding it both your CliftonStrengths results is exactly the move. Now it's not generic advice, it's built for how you both work. Sounds like the talk landed, and I love that it forced you into a tight outline. Also, you're officially the first one in Prompts. Love it, keep 'em coming.
What my AI does after I hit record
This morning I recorded two lessons, then drank my coffee. Here's what my Grok Bot did in the meantime, start to finish, on screen. What you'll see: - One message from me, sharing the Loom and the resource doc, turns into a full package: transcript, privacy check, proposed cuts, lesson text, YouTube copy, and three thumbnails to pick from. - One bot, one job. Ari runs this group. Jules edits video. When I asked who should cut the Shorts, Ari checked with Jules and came back with a split. - It flagged my home address on screen in one of the lessons before anything went out. - It went through my Google Drive and built a photo library so I never dig for headshots again. Two things to know: - AI agrees with almost everything. "Great idea" every time. Push back. - You go do something else and it's there when you get back. Nothing goes live until I approve it. That's the rule. Your turn: what's one job you'd hand to its own bot first?

What my AI does after I hit record
Lesson 1.1 is live in the Classroom
Here's the plan for the next few weeks: you end up with an AI that knows your business, writes in your voice, and runs at least one task for you. And you ship one real thing with it. Along the way we build a DNA doc, a prompting framework, a quality check, and your first workflow. One task per video. Short on purpose. Watch it here: https://www.skool.com/ai-for-the-motivated-7489/classroom/cd16b926?md=d312fe45f98349d2b5b4171a55675959 What's the one thing you you'd want AI doing for you by the end of this?

Lesson 1.1 is live in the Classroom
What's coming (you're going to want this)
Hey. I'm putting together a short video course inside this group, and I want you to know exactly what's coming... because by the end of it, AI won't just be a cool toy you mess with when you have free time. It'll be doing real work for your business. Here's the outcome: You'll have AI that knows your business, writes in your voice, helps you run at least one task every week, and you'll ship something real with your name on it. Not "someday." Through this course. And here's the stack of what you're getting (each piece alone is worth showing up for): 1. Your AI tool map Stop wasting hours bouncing between apps. You'll know which tool to use for writing, research, meetings, images, video, and busywork... and which ones to ignore. 2. The "speak human" decoder All that confusing AI talk (agents, APIs, keys, automation) translated into plain English, so you never feel lost in the conversation again. 3. The demo that makes it click We'll watch AI actually order pizza for the office. Not write about pizza. Order it. Once you see that, you'll start spotting errands in your own business you can hand off. 4. Prompts that finally work A simple framework so you stop getting generic garbage and start getting usable answers on the first or second try. 5. Your business DNA One document you load into AI so it remembers who you are, how you sound, and what you want... forever. No more starting from zero every chat. 6. The quality filter How to catch "looks done but is wrong" AI junk before it goes out with your name on it. (This one alone can save you from expensive mistakes.) 7. Meeting to action Turn voice notes and meetings into one clear next step, with an owner, instead of ideas that die in a notebook. 8. Your first AI workflow Take one thing you do every week and build a simple system so AI helps you do it faster (with you still in control). 9. An AI email assistant It drafts. You approve. You hit send. Never the other way around. Built the way I actually run email.
