Harlan's Reading List: Mindset and Business
MINDSET #1 on my list since forever is: Mastery by George Leonard. It is the single most important book I want you to read. It's also the book most stolen from my office by my kids who gave it to their friends. #2 I only discovered this recently. Don't Believe Everything You Think. Now, I'm the one giving this away. It's about getting peace of mind and it's excellent. BUSINESS #1 This is probably the most important business book you'll ever read. It's about growing a business correctly. When I demonstrated outsourcing a video some people asked why not do it myself or have Manus do it. This book is a classic. The E-Myth by Michael Gerber. Don't skip it. #2. Jay Abraham is known as a marketing genius. Understand the concepts in this book and you'll already be on the way. Jay wrote this book. Not the ones that followed. Those were written by ghostwriters. But this one is GOLD. Getting Everything You Can Out of All You've Got: 21 Ways You Can Out-Think, Out-Perform, and Out-Earn the Competition  Now I have tens of thousands of books but I'm picking these for a reason. If you haven't read them, grab them.

Insanity and Help Wanted (For Real)
I should keep a running tab of what I do in any given day on Manus. Today so far: 1. YouTube scripts that out perform the highest paid writers. 2. A done for you system for a client that sounds like it was invented by Q in a James Bond film. It does EVERYTHING. 3. Updating a technical manual for a healing profession that was 23 years out of date. The client thought it would take months. 4. Editing a book. 5. Designing a WordPress plugin that will answer questions for coaching programs. 6. Wrote a book. 7. Wrote a screenplay. 8. Created multiple webinars. 9. Created marketing plans that find the gaps in the industry. 10. Wrote another book. And here's the best part: Many of these were done simultaneously. And there's no rest for the weary. There are more application for Manus than I can think of and frankly, no one is even remotely teaching this. I'm putting in 18 hour days creating and pushing Manus to its limits. But I'll feel better when there are others out there who can do this. So as we continue the Manus AI Mastery projects I will be looking for some apprentices. At first, you'll be working under my supervision. But soon, I'll be hooking you up with serious paying clients who will pay you $1000-$5000 a project. Interested? Let me know in the comments. (Obviously people in the course get some advanced standing).

Should I Piss Off My Clients?
So Manus can create books faster and better than anything I've seen. Now there's an industry out there that charges a pretty penny and then get it on a best seller list. Well at least in a small category. But in a recent call with @Craig Perrine we did a novel in about an hour. I've written books - both fiction and non-fiction in less than an hour. So, what do I do? Teach a course on this or keep it to myself?

Retired from the mission world, hope to still be able to lead missions. I love being retired. The focus is still on serving others.
