This app is fantastic. I've been using it since early June and I'm losing weight. At the moment I'm the lowest weight I've been in 3 years and I've tried a lot of other diets, meal plans and systems that clearly weren't working but this one is working for me. I check in twice a day as we talk through plans for the day and review each evening. When I've felt down or frustrated the app will remind me of my achievements. It's like having an accountability buddy and coach all in one.
