Monday's Healing Class was a beautiful beginning. There were moments of honesty, tears, and reflection—and we want to thank each of you for showing up with an open heart. Today, we simply wanted to check in with those that attended because healing has a way of bringing things to the surface. You may feel hopeful, emotional, tired, or a little triggered. Whatever you're experiencing, know that it's okay. Give yourself permission to process without rushing the journey. If Monday's class stirred up emotions that feel overwhelming or you're finding yourself triggered by something that surfaced, please don't carry it alone. We're here for you. Feel free to reach out to us privately if you need prayer, encouragement, or would like to talk it out! Sometimes healing simply needs a safe place to be processed.
