Make Money Online
I’m expanding my classrooms to teach others how I transitioned from my corporate sales job to making money online full time. I started my business nearly 8 years ago and it’s thrived ever since. It’s the path that led me to the deep internal nervous system work I had to do to become the woman that could hold wealth. I also want to give that opportunity to others. All of my nervous system work will remain included and expanded upon. Watch out for new content and members coming soon. Who is interested in learning how to market their skills online while staying emotionally regulated?

@Jenny Leavitt YAASSSS!
Celebrating a WIN!
Morning yall 🙂. Celebrating what I consider a huge win for myself (and my nervous system) in hopes it gives others the support to share wins they’ve had too. I finished designing my first $27 product yesterday and have plans to start getting visible online again this week. It was a labor of love as I have not flexed my design muscle in a looong time 😆 - I’m so so proud of myself. Getting/staying visible will be another stretch for me, cause TERRIFIED, and I’m excited for it none the less. I plan to continue leaning into the 7 Day NSG and the coursework in here to carry myself through the discomfort. Thank you so much @Jenny Leavitt for creating this incredibly supportive material 🙏🏾💕
Is someone disturbing your peace?
I heard the best analogy the other day, when someone throws a rock into your pond. Who's responsible for the waves it created? When someone throws rocks at our peace, it is our responsibility to control ourselves, it's the only thing we can control. When we start doing the work of nervous system regulation and shedding any/all forms of victimhood, we become radically responsible for ourselves. Once we learn how to control ourselves, our emotions and therefor our output into the world, everything changes. What are some of your favorite analogies OR how did this land with you?

One of my favs is, “you’re not responsible for the hurt other’s have caused but you are responsible for healing from it.” That has helped guide me in my growth and healing journey time and time again because it’s true. Similar to what you’re saying—we can’t control what others do but we have full control over how we respond to it. We shouldn’t let other peoples actions define our self-perception or block us from becoming.
🌿 Welcome to Wild Soul Expansion
I’m thrilled you’re here. This space was built for women who are ready to feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more capable of the life they want. Whether you’re here for nervous system support, sober curiosity, or just to stop feeling so overwhelmed by everything, you’re in the right place. Before you dive in, I’d love to get to know you. 🫶🏼 When you’re ready, share three things in the comments: 1️⃣ What season of life are you in right now? (There’s no wrong answer: messy, magical, confusing… all of it is welcome.) 2️⃣ What’s one thing you’re hoping to feel more of in your life? (Clarity, calm, trust, energy, confidence, whatever comes to mind.) 3️⃣ What's your favorite travel destination? I'm currently obsessed with all of Latin America (brownie points if you share a picture of you in that place, I love to travel and see new places.)😍 You can share a lot or a little, take your time. This is a gentle space, not a rushed one. I’ll be in the comments with you. I can’t wait to learn more about the women who find their way here.

Hey @Jenny Leavitt 👋🏾 I’d say I’m in a messy-middle season right now…lots of discomfort, uncertainty, and overwhelm at the moment. One thing I hope to feel more of soon is safety in all areas of my life. My favorite travel place is currently Florida but I’m excited to create a new fav this year. So excited to be part of this community 💕
