Safe Reconstitution for Dog Peps! ❤️
I wanted to share a creative work around I figured out to be able to give our little dog with kidney disease peptides safety. Bac water while potentially ok for larger dogs without health complications- Is NOT a good thing to use on a little dog- especially if their kidney health is compromised. (Our little guy is 5.5 lbs so I wasn’t willing to risk it.) I have been learning that peptides are less fragile than we initially all thought and they can survive a freeze thaw cycle (just not done repeatedly). So what I did instead was reconstitute with sterile saline- and I make ALL the shots at once. (I typically do a variety of doses and also make some that are dose appropriate for me as well.) Then I quickly get them all into the freezer to keep them sterile. I pull them out 10- 15 minutes before injecting them to thaw quick. It’s been working well! I did this with KPV this week (which seems to really be helping my little guy feel a lot better! 🥹) I make them in my dosing as well so that I can try It along side of him to make sure that I’m still feeling the benefits and the peptide is active despite going through the freeze thaw cycle. We have IV fluid bags (that we were prescribed) for sub Q fluids for him so I have just been using that for reconstitution. But I do believe you can purchase sterile water without a prescription as well! (Though it’s not the easiest to find.)

@Kim Manson just chat gpt and trying to take the time to review studies. It’s a risk and it’s taken me awhile to build up the courage to try- so I don’t think anyone should rush into it. My own labs and health has improved so significantly that I finally decided to try. I’m starting with tiny doses- way below what they used in studies and slowly increasing to see what seems to help my pup thrive. I watch like a hawk for any side effects. I’m new to experimenting though so I don’t have a ton to share yet. I will be trying ss31 for him next as that one helped slow down or reverse kidney disease in a study with pigs.

So for example with the KPV I started with 25mcg. I’m doing it In the morning and may try a second dose evening or bed time. When I try the ss31 I will do the same 25 mcg dose and give it before bed since from personal experience that one can cause fatigue. (I always use the peptides for awhile on myself before I’ll even begin to consider it for our dog.)
GH-KCU face serum
Does anyone know if you can use the GH-KCU peptide to make a face serum? I would rather make my own from The Peptique’s line than buy an expensive serum elsewhere

For some people it works great- for me it made my rosacea worse! It’s best sub q for me! Ps. You can also ask chat gpt for recipes/ideas on Homemade serums and how to make them! ;)

Nad+ , Selank (this one isn’t ideal for me but a lot of people love it) and maybe Mots-c (if your body is ready for it.) I also LOVE VIP. But that one is harder to find.
Hello, Great to be here! Thank you for all that you do.
I am unable to take GLPs, as they cause gastroparesis for me. Can anyone recommend a stack that will aid in weight optimization, and perhaps provide some of the awesome benefits without the terrible side effects (for me). Thank you.

Did you try your glp1 along with magnesium citrate? It can make a huge difference along with starting a super low micro dose. I started with HALF of what they recommended for sema my first month until my body adjusted to avoid constipation. Once your body adapts the constipation usually goes away! :) I inched my way up in half way increments every time I felt I was ready to move up. By doing this I was able to avoid so many side effects.
Pep’s for Dogs
Hi!! I have been giving my 140lb Newfie 1mg of BPC for about a month… he’s been struggling with getting up, likely arthritis in his hips. Has anyone used TB500 on their dog or could point me in the right direction of dosing? I’m thinking I would give him 1mg 2-3x per week just like I’m doing for myself but I’m not sure. Thanks in advance! This is Bear, he’ll be 13 in February ❤️

@Slavitza Skoric so did I. I did a lot of digging online. According to chat gpt this is how they prepare them in labs. It’s the only option I have for dogs- so I’m giving it a whirl. It may be for nothing- but I can’t risk doing it the regular way since it will for sure harm my babies. Their noses are too little for nasal spray as well. So I’m getting creative. It may all be for nothing- but I’m trying what I know is safest for them.

@Slavitza Skoric I just had a duh moment. 😂 I know how ss31 makes me feel since I’m so sensitive to it. I’ll test out the frozen ones once a week on myself and see if I feel them working the way the refrigerated/bac water does. I can make some with my dose with the saline to freeze!
