Hi! I’m Britt and I am here because I LOVE a good workout but I also love food. 🤣 I have no problems creating routines (type a here), but it’s creating a sustainable routine that allows for grace and adaptability as a full time working mom of 2 elementary aged kids. I workout in our home gym and like to walk with my weighted vest regularly. My goals are to get strong a fit while losing weight, finding a routine where I can give myself grace to live life, and to establish a regular/more formal time with God and his Word every day.

Wins: - Early AM workout - Stuck to meal plan despite extra stress at work - Family time over dinner despite a busy evening Challenges: - I have a HUGE project at work where the deadline is approaching really fast and it’s nowhere ready to go, so the stress and work load is getting to me. - My home life is just as crazy with kids in multiple activities and husband working 2 jobs. - Finding time to get tasks around the house done since I’m rarely here. But I do tend to load those task up on the days I know I am here and can fully accomplish them.
