Year-in-review Ritual 🤗
With the kind permission and invitation of @Christine Knight IFS, I am sharing my little gift with you ✨ I gentle reflection. No pressure, just honest witnessing. Answer in a few words or sentences each: Health & wellbeing - What helped my body the most this year? - Where did I ignore my needs? Personal growth & spirituality - How did I grow on the inside? - What belief about myself shifted? Relationships & family - Who felt most like “home” this year? - What boundary or conversation changed things? Vocation & service - Where did I feel most on purpose? - How did I genuinely serve others? Financial abundance - What did I learn about money this year? - Where did money flow with more ease? Story snapshots Write a line or two for each: - Biggest win - Biggest flop - Biggest lesson - Biggest adventure - Someone new - Someone I let go of - Funniest moment - Sweetest memory - A moment I was braver than I knew. - A decision that quietly changed everything. Done. Close with: “Thank you, 2025, for everything you taught me. I release you.” If you are called, please share some of your favourites below.

My biggest adventure was an inner one and learning how to stay inward!!! This year taught me how to stay. To listen to my body sooner, even when I didn’t always know what to do with what I heard. I learned that slowing down isn’t failure, that my needs are not a burden, and that presence can be braver than pushing through. I felt most aligned when I created from lived experience and offered honesty instead of answers. Some connections deepened, some illusions softened, and I practiced letting go without abandoning myself. I didn’t arrive anywhere final, but I learned how to inhabit the threshold with more steadiness. Thank you, 2025, for what you revealed and what you asked me to release.
Happy New Year 🥳

Art Therapy - Body Mapping - Monday December 29 🤩
Join Christine & Artist @Britney Shawstad for a fun art project that inspires deeper self-exploration & discovery! Body Mapping consists of tracing the outline of your body as you lay flat on "butcher paper" ... Bring the traced outline of your body on butcher paper with you to this meetup ... Also bring something to use to color in different body areas with different colors (paints, markers, crayons, etc) ... We will give you prompts to use for your self-exploration & expression on your body on paper, and then have a chat afterwards about what you discovered, what inner parts may have come through to you, revelations realized, etc. Monday December 29 1:00 PST; 4:00 EST

@Christine Knight IFS I didn’t think about this! I get mine on Amazon. But places like staples, Michael’s or craft stores… might have it. Kraft paper rolls, or photography backdrop paper, 36” wide or wider is best! also places like Home Depot or Lowe’s or construction stores have builders paper rolls that work well.basically like painters drop cloth, it’s super cheap too! You can also use an old sheet if you have anything like that laying around that you don’t care about or tape multiple pieces of poster board or other paper together— since this is kind of a last minute thing that could work too!! Honestly if the backside of your wrapping paper is white and it’s not expensive you could even do that … or cut and flatten and tape paper bags from grocery store together to make a longer piece!!

And I also love the watch party idea….I have been having fun watching shows or movies where I can analyze from an IFS lens, like Severance and even Kpop Demon hunters. I recently watch wayward and it was scary and triggering for my Parts but my adult self was like I can relate to aspects of it. I’m also a sucker for reality TV too!! Really any but my favorites are Below Deck, Love is blind, Love Island, Survivor, Alone, to name a few …
